Kapri Bibbs claimed by Green Bay Packers
Kapri Bibbs has been known to be a dangerous running back while wearing the green and gold.
The former Colorado State star will once again have that opportunity after being picked up by the Green Bay Packers on Monday. In 13 games with Washington over the past two season, Bibbs had 41 carries for 180 yards and three touchdowns. The 25-year old also made an impact in the receiving game with 27 receptions for 230 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
While Bibbs has not yet found a team that will consistently give him touches, whenever Bibbs does get a chance to see the field, he has been extremely productive. In stints with Denver and Washington over five seasons, Bibbs only has 99 total touches, but is averaging 6.2 yards per touch.
It will be interesting to see if the former CSU standout can work his way into the mix with Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay. Ram fans know just how dangerous Bibbs can be, after watching him run for 1,741 yards and 31 touchdowns in 2013.
