Tavian Brown verbally commits to Colorado State

Colorado State football signed 14 players during the early period, but the Rams still have a variety of positions of need to address. Two of those areas are running back and linebacker, both of which head coach Mike Bobo planned to address to before National Signing Day on Feb. 6, 2019.

On Monday, the coaching staff got one step closer to its goal with outside linebacker Tavian Brown announcing his commitment on Twitter.

Brown, a 6-foot-2, 212-pound linebacker out of Demopolis High School in Demopolis, Ala., also hold offers from Florida Atlantic University and Gardner-Webb University according to 247Sports. During the 2018-19 season, Brown had 121 total tackles (83 solo), nine sacks and one interception.
