Colorado State included in David Roddy's final 3 schools

Colorado State is one of three potential landing spots for 6-foot-5 forward David Roddy. According to the list of final schools that Roddy released on Twitter Wednesday, CSU, Minnesota and Northwestern are his top 3 choices.


Roddy is listed as a 3-star recruit by Rivals and has 11 Division 1 hoops offers. Roddy also plays quarterback for Breck High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has offers on the gridiron from North Dakota State, Northern Iowa, South Dakota and Wyoming.

The Minnesota native took an official visit to CSU in early September and was in town for Arkansas football game. According to Rivals, Roddy also visited Minnesota on Sept. 14 and Northwestern on Oct. 13.

CSU will open the 2018-19 season with its first official exhibition on Saturday. The Rams will host CSU-Pueblo at 2:00 p.m. MT.
