Niko Medved gets a big-time commitment in Dischon Thomas

Colorado State men’s basketball will have some serious talent in its 2019 recruiting class.

The Rams already signed a pair of 3-star hoopsters, as forward David Roddy (Minnesota) and point guard Isaiah Stevens (Texas) each signed their National Letter of Intent before Signing Day. On Saturday, Niko Medved picked up even more size as 6-foot-9, 190-pound forward Dischon Thomas announced his commitment to CSU as well.

Thomas was previously committed to the University of Nevada, but decommitted this winter. According to 247Sports, Thomas also holds offers from UNLV and St. Louis.

In 22 games for Hillcrest Prep High School (Arizona) this season, Thomas is averaging 15.4 points and 11.1 rebounds per game.
