Marlee Kyles signs financial agreement

The Colorado State women’s basketball team announced on Monday that Marlee Kyles has signed a financial agreement with the program.

The Arizona transfer will have three seasons of eligibility remaining, beginning competition in the 2019-20 season.

“We are very excited that Marlee has chosen to be a Ram,” head coach Ryun Williams said in a release.

“She really knows how to play and possesses a great ability to score the basketball. Marlee has played in a lot of high-level Division I basketball games and her experience will really help our roster. We are looking forward to her joining our program, competing in practice this upcoming semester and getting used to life as a Ram.”

Prior to her one season with the Wildcats, Kyles was rated a top-25 guard in the country and scored over 2,000 points at Elgin High School (Chicago). As a senior in 2016-17, Kyles averaged 28.9 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 3.2 steals per game, and was named the Courier-News 2016-17 Girls Basketball Player of the Year.
