Rams sitting at .500 after splitting with Arizona schools

Colorado State women’s basketball (4-4) is 2-1 in the month of December after splitting its home games with Arizona schools last week.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Rams defeated Northern Arizona, 65-54. In the victory over the Lumberjacks, the Rams were paced by Lore Devos as the sophomore guard tallied 23 points on 11-of-21 shooting.

Along with a strong outing from Devos, JUCO transfer guard Mollie Mounsey added 13 points, and Tatum Neubert contributed with eight points and five rebounds.

On Sunday, Dec. 9, CSU returned to Moby Arena, hosting No. 17 Arizona State. In the game against the Sun Devils, the Rams struggled to keep up offensively and ASU cruised to 70-39 victory.
